Jennifer Cullen is the founder of Healthcare-IM and Innovanta, created in 2015 out of a simple belief: healthcare practices deserve clear answers, smarter processes, and measurable financial relief. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and more than 17 years of hands-on industry experience, Jennifer has built a career helping medical practices regain control of their revenue cycle and strengthen the financial performance of their organizations.

Across her career in healthcare practice advisory, Jennifer has assessed the performance of thousands of healthcare practices nationwide — from private clinics to multi-location specialty groups — uncovering the root causes behind some of the biggest financial challenges providers face today. She combines an analytical mindset with out-of-the-box problem-solving, quickly spotting patterns and inefficiencies that often go unnoticed in busy clinical environments.
